         Confession

Soaking chestnuts

In salt water,

 

The brazen-faced fellows

Pop up to the water lightly.

 

Not being visible

I am envious of the frllows of clear conscience.

 

I put down

My mind softly too.

 

Some day

Will I confess inner facts like them?

소금물에

밤(栗)을 담갔더니

 

멀쩡한 녀석들이

둥둥 떠오른다

 

보이지 않아도

양심을 선언한 녀석들이 부러워

 

내 마음도

사알짝 내려놓았다

 

언제쯤 나는

그들처럼 폐부를 고백할 수 있을까
